Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
If your SPECTRA OR ANY TOOL arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement unit at no cost to you. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at formetenue.com@formetenue.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Replacement units ship within 3–5 business days of approval.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your device immediately upon receipt.
